We will let you know before it does. If you choose to continue, Personal is $8.99 a month or $79.99 a year, roughly three months free for paying annually. If you don't, monitoring simply stops. You can cancel at any time.

Yes, free forever. If someone has linked you as their guardian, you can receive and respond to their alerts, use the Custodio.AI assistant and receive the education feed without ever paying.

A Custodion account doesn't connect to a bank and doesn't monitor your own accounts. If you want protection for yourself, you will need a Personal plan.

No. Every plan has access to exactly the same detection rules at the same frequency. Paying more adds more people, more banks, more SMS and, on the Total plan when it arrives, financial cover. It never buys better detection.

No, and we couldn't accept it if you offered. Custodio connects to your accounts through Australia's Consumer Data Right, the regulated open banking system. You approve the connection with your bank directly through a secure redirect, and your banking credentials never pass through Custodio.

Custodio works across all major Australian banks that participate in the Consumer Data Right, which covers the large majority of everyday transaction and savings accounts in Australia.

A guardian is someone you choose and invite, usually a family member or trusted friend, who receives your alerts so they can help you interpret them and step in early if something looks wrong.

Guardians see the alert, but never your bank statement. Account numbers are not shown, and you decide who is a guardian and can remove them at any time.

No. Your information is used to detect and understand suspicious payment activity and alert you and your guardians. That's it. It isn't sold, and it isn't used for direct marketing. That's not part of our business model, and it was confirmed in our independent privacy assessment.

Family is planned for 2026 and Total for 2027. Total depends on insurance underwriting being finalised, and we won't launch a plan promising cover before the cover genuinely exists. Both dates are indicative rather than a commitment. Ask us to let you know and we will email you when it is live.
